About the Role: This role focuses on delivering technical and compliance support across a complex enterprise network environment.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for enterprise-level network infrastructure. * Support and maintain cloud-based network environments (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable). * Manage routing and switching protocols in medium to large enterprise networks. * Participate in on-call rotation for network support. * Collaborate on firewall and security protocol implementation and maintenance. * Contribute to SD-WAN and data center network operations. Required Qualifications: * Must pass backgr0und checks. * 4-6+ years of enterprise network experience with a degree in IT, or 8+ years without a degree. * Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud networking. * Strong knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF). * Experience with Cisco Nexus 9000 series and enterprise firewall solutions (Palo Alto, ASA). * Familiarity with SD-WAN and Infoblox (DNS/DHCP). Preferred Skills: * Cisco Firepower, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless. * Cisco ACI and Cisco FTD. * Experience designing and maintaining SD-WAN environments.
