About the RoleAs a Director of Engineering, you will lead one or more engineering teams focused on delivering scalable, secure, and impactful technology for our platform areas supporting strategic philanthropy and life sciences. You'll help shape the architectural vision, ensure technical excellence, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver features and infrastructure that support Bonterra's mission. This highly collaborative role blends hands-on technical leadership, strategic planning, and people management. You'll remain close to the work --- actively participating in design reviews, code contributions, and operational improvements --- while mentoring teams and driving high standards across engineering practices. Your leadership will be essential in helping us scale sustainably and responsibly, balancing speed with long-term maintainability.
