Responsibilities

The Customer Success Specialist / Administrator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful experience for clients using our asset management and leasing systems. This role combines customer onboarding, training, and system administration with a strong understanding of commercial equipment leasing operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and customer-focused, with experience in training development, system support, and end-to-end leasing processes.

Onboard new customers and manage user access in the AMOS platform.

    Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and job aids.
  • Conduct virtual customer training on system features and leasing concepts.
  • Support functionality testing and gather user feedback for improvements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with lease and asset-related issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance processes, documentation, and training.
  • Provide guidance on leasing lifecycle processes, including quoting, procurement, asset changes, and end-of-lease actions.
  • Lead or support special projects as assigned.


Qualifications / Education

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial equipment leasing and/or customer success roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training (virtual and written).
  • Experience participating in system implementations and training planning.


Skills

  • Strong understanding of leasing lifecycle processes.
  • Proficient in functionality testing, documentation, and issue tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
