Java Full Stack Developer (Hybrid)

This hybrid position is open to any qualified applicant in the United States.

• Design enterprise solutions using Java, JEE, Spring Boot, and related Java technologies.
• Apply design patterns to improve software architecture and maintainability.
• Develop highly scalable enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using Microservices architecture.
• Implement solutions using Java Spring Boot for robust application development.
• Demonstrate strong design and programming skills with JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, and PL/SQL.
• Implement industry-standard API security protocols, including OAuth.
• Ensure effective client communication for collaboration and requirement clarification.
• AWS expertise is required for cloud-based implementations.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience building Android applications.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience working with Kotlin.

The annual salary for this position is between $78,500- $92,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
