THE JOB:
Our Assistant General Manager plays a vital role in steering the success of the MGM National Market, home to five dynamic food outlets, The Patisserie and In-Room Dining. Working hand-in-hand with the General Manager, they help orchestrate daily operations while also mentoring managers and guiding the service team. Together, this leadership team drives performance, fosters collaboration, and ensures the MGM National Harbor not only meets-but exceeds-its goals.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Help run food outlets including Patisserie smoothly every day - that means keeping an eye on the budget, staff scheduling, managing supplies, and making sure guests have a great experience.
• Support the General Manager with planning and hitting business goals like sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Be involved in hiring, training, and supporting the staff. Make sure everyone works well together, feels valued, and follows company rules and laws.
• Walking property F&B outlets daily, meeting with Senior Managers to transfer duties

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years' experience or more than 6 years of relevant experience
