Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our Global Treasury Product and Platform Architecture team. This role demands a proactive self starter who excels in product management and thrives in a collaborative, global environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web services, be proficient in agile methodologies, and have the ability to translate business problems into detailed use case stories. Thinking outside the box and working effectively within a team to gather the best ideas are essential traits for delivering exceptional products. Previous experience in FX trading or VisaNet transaction processing is a nice to have.

  • Agile ProficiencyLeverage agile methodologies to guide product development and ensure timely delivery.
  • Quality AssuranceUphold product quality by conducting and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that products meet the highest standards.
  • AccountabilityTake ownership and accountability, bringing projects to their logical conclusion.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Proficient in web services and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to create wireframes and translate business problems into actionable use case stories.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various stakeholders and within a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills, with a focus on accountability and quality.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Nice to have Previous experience in FX trading or VisaNet transaction processing.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138,500.00 to 200,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
