Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT/OT technology professional. The Manager - Projects is a leadership role within TRC who specializes in delivering IT solutions and services to electric and gas utilities. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of project managers who oversee client-facing projects focused on technology solutions is support of grid modernization, enterprise system implementation, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation. The Manager - Projects ensures the consistent application of project management best practices, drives quality and delivery performance, supports talent development, and contributes to strategic business growth across utility programs. The ideal candidate will possess advanced project management expertise, technical acumen, and leadership capabilities required to develop our project management team. This role requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, developing staff, driving innovation, and achieving excellence in systems integration. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
