ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous delivery of M365 services to sovereign cloud environments in collaboration with Site Reliability Engineering and partner engineering teams. Develop and maintain product backlogs and team backlogs with a focus on business needs, customer requirements, and building scaled solutions. Ensure compliance with corporate and government security and reliability standards. Provide input towards engineering solutions, implementation design, and definition of overall strategy required to scale service operations and ensure uptime. Engage directly with internal and customer stakeholders at multiple levels, supporting executive briefings and innovation partnerships. | |
