Lee Health is seeking a Dialysis Supervisor to lead a team of dedicated nursing professionals providing exceptional care in our dialysis unit. This is a unique opportunity to advance your leadership career while supporting safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care.

What Youll Do:

As a Dialysis Supervisor, you will manage one or more defined areas of patient care services. You will:

• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to nursing staff.

• Promote safe, high-quality care by maintaining consistent nursing standards.

• Coordinate patient care using evidence-based practices aligned with the American Nurses Association and Florida Nurse Practice Act.

• Serve in key roles across five domains: clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and professional development mentor.

• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Champion excellence in customer service, patient safety, and performance improvement.

• Integrate age-specific and cultural needs into care delivery.

What Youll Bring:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (required)

• Bachelors degree in Nursing or Healthcare (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (required)

• Nursing leadership experience (preferred)

Licensure/Certification:

• Active RN license in the State of Florida or eligibility to obtain
