Hours & Pay Shift: 2nd Shift \| Sunday-Thursday \| 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Employment Type: Temp-to-perm What You'll Do Each Day As a Forklift Operator, you'll be critical to the safe and efficient movement of materials in a cold storage environment. You'll support shipping and receiving, product handling, and inventory processes while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and other powered equipment to move, stack, and stage products Load and unload trailers, verifying pallet configuration and stability Stretch-wrap and label pallets as needed for shipping accuracy Conduct product inspections, verify counts, and identify any damage or discrepancies Accurately complete paperwork and follow specific customer instructions Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment Support order picking, and pulling products for shipment with accuracy and speed Ensure proper rotation and storage based on lot numbers and temperature control Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues to management Collaborate with team members and management to meet operational goals Perform other duties as assigned in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse Benefits That Move With You We know that great work deserves great rewards.
