General information Name Consulting - RAS - Senior Manager - SOC and HITRUST Posting Title Senior Manager - SOC and HITRUST Ref # 2235063 Date Published Monday, June 2, 2025 City Raleigh State North Carolina Country United States Job Category Risk Advisory Office SOC & HITRUST (Forvis) Advertised Location US-NC-Raleigh Working time Full Time Description & Requirements How you will contribute: Sell, lead, and report on a variety of compliance reports including SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations and HITRUST assessments Maintain a working knowledge of assurance and compliance standards appropriate for assigned engagements Maintain and achieve high quality in work, client relations, and team relations Acquire the skills necessary to develop quality client relationships and loyalty and grow the business Serve in a leadership role within the practice Support any training and mentoring to Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers, as necessary Perform other duties as assigned by the firm's leadership Execute and help lead client engagement activities in all phases of project life cycle from start to end We are looking for people who have Forward Vision: Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Effective project and time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects Ability to learn through a combination of structured, on-the-job, and self-directed training Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and within a complex team environment Client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based environment Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the Risk Advisory Team can capture and leverage knowledge Minimum Qualifications: CPA required (CISA also preferred) BA or BS in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related field Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Bachelor's degree, with MBA or Masters degree in Accounting or Computer Science 8-10+ years of SOC-related experience Prior related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function #LI-RAL #LI-GM1
