Sales Operations Lead: This is where you come in. We're looking for a Sales Operations Lead to support our Performance Contracting Business Unit (PC BU), which serves a diverse portfolio of public and private sector markets. This highly visible role partners closely with the PC Business Unit Leader, Director of Sales - Energy & Sustainability, and the Sales Strategy Manager to align strategy with execution across the business. You'll help drive scalable growth by developing data-driven sales strategies, improving operational efficiency, and managing sales analytics and reporting. This role not only drives sales strategy and performance insights-it also helps shape how we tell our story. From building compelling collateral to visualizing wins and communicating momentum, this position balances strategic thinking, data fluency, and creative execution. This role is ideal for a systems-thinker with a bias for action and a passion for creating clarity in complexity. You will work across departments, coordinate with leadership, and build tools that enable the team to move faster, smarter, and more strategically.

Storytelling & Strategic Communication
- Develop and refine internal-facing and client-facing content that brings our work to life - pitch decks, win spotlights, campaign results, and visual assets. Translate technical data, reports, performance metrics, and success stories into engaging, on-brand messaging that facilitates understanding and fuels excitement.
Sales Strategy & Enablement
- Partner with leadership to refine and operationalize growth strategies. Support high-stakes proposals and GTM initiatives. Develop 1:1 coaching scorecards and use case studies to highlight wins and foster repeatable success.
Market & Sustainability Integration
- Tailor solutions to regional markets and customer segments. Capture client feedback to evolve our offerings. Help integrate sustainability and decarbonization into every stage of the sales and delivery process.
CRM & Data Management
- Ensure CRM accuracy and lead a weekly governance council. Partner with BI to embed predictive analytics into planning, while improving visibility into ROI and forecast reliability.
Cross-Functional & Operational Alignment
- Bridge gaps between sales, engineering, and delivery teams. Codify handoff points, improve internal SLAs, and champion sustainability-aligned initiatives across the organization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role
- Strong background in financial reporting, CRM management, and business intelligence
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and ideally Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Experience or interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, or decarbonization is a plus
