Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will support HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training development. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. The HumanResources Generalist will be responsible for supporting the HR department in achieving its goals and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions and administrative duties, contributing to our company's growth and success.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain employment records of company personnel, records status changes in the HRIS system, prepare reports on employment as assigned, and enter data.
  • Support the HR department in achieving its goals and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Performs various administrative tasks as needed including, scheduling meetings, preparing paperwork, filing, and running reports and expense reports.
  • Requires working with highly confidential data and frequent contact with employees.
  • Assistance with prepping for payroll and resolving timecard issues (Time and Attendance)
  • Review Headcount Reports on a weekly basis and update accordingly.
  • Entering, documenting, and translating training.
  • Organize, maintain, and update electronic files and databases.
  • Take employee pictures and print badges for all new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and collaborate on recruitment strategies.
  • May assist in the administration and/ or tracking of employee development training.
  • Support the implementation and promotion of employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Support local recruiting and outreach efforts.
  • Event planning assistance for employee appreciation or other HR-driven efforts
  • Process background checks.
  • Support employee onboarding to include data entry into the HR Information system and new employee orientation.
  • Aid in the successful completion of HR departmental projects.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

QUALITY SYSTEM GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES

  • Understand and promote Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
  • Follow all Procedures. Maintain Records required for QMS applied to your position.
  • Support Internal Audit Program according to your actual assignments

EHS GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES

  • Ensure implementation of Regal Rexnord Environmental, Health and Safety Management System.
  • Follow Regal Rexnord/Regulatory Safety Policies and Procedures to perform assigned work duties in a safe manner.
  • Report any unsafe conditions, injuries, near-misses, or safety suggestions to Supervisors/Manager/EHS representative.
  • Cooperate and participate in incident investigations to determine and eliminate causes or hazards.

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
  • Experience working with confidential information and critical business processes required.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

  • Associate degree required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in HR operations, business operations, or related fields.
