We have an exciting opportunity for aProject Manager located in Omaha, NE .

How you will contribute:

Apply your project management abilities dynamically by looking at the project holistically while knowing details to ensure success. You will do this by preparing change orders for customers, attending jobsite meetings, verifying installation progress, maintaining labor projections, managing information flow, meeting with management on a regular basis to discuss project status and due dates, participating in turnover meetings as required, assisting with any follow-up information with the customer as is requested and assuming an active role in managing the projects in conjunction with the designer and construction superintendent. You will also produce and manage an accurate forecast of project financials as well as build relationships with internal and external customers to achieve project goals. You will be challenged to excel beyond your expectations in a team-oriented environment

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will make the most out of your three plus years of project management experience in the construction industry or three plus years of fire sprinkler design experience from a fire sprinkler contractor. Must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills; the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
