Job Description

Visa Direct is a global solution for real-time money movement, allowing individuals and businesses to send and receive funds securely and efficiently. Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person to person (P2P) transfer, cross border remittances, funds disbursement (business to consumer or small business payments) including priority use cases: SMB receivables/payables, marketplace seller payouts, content creator payouts freelancer payouts, and more.

The North America Visa Direct Cross-Border (XB) team plays a critical role in growing the Visa Direct business through expansion of use cases and deployment of scalable product solutions. The team is responsible for go to market strategy of Visa Direct across existing and new use-cases and industry verticals. The cross-border business is a key growth driver for Visa Direct and the XB team is focused on driving cross-border sales, origination programs and transactions - we are at the tip of the iceberg and need to push hard to capture the full market opportunity in front of us.

Visa Direct is seeking a Cross-border GTM Analyst to join the North America Visa Direct Cross-Border (XB) team. This team plays a critical role in growing the Visa Direct business through the expansion of use cases and deployment of scalable product solutions. The Cross-border GTM Analyst will be responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy for priority use cases across various client segments.

Responsibilities

Use Case GTM execution:

  • Execute on the GTM and partnership strategies to drive growth of new emerging Visa Direct cross-border use cases

  • Tailor and package the Visa Direct cross-border use case solution into GTM assets/collateral to deliver a value proposition to key client segments

  • Operationalize partnership opportunities and support cross-functional teams to begin lead generation, ultimately to drive our growth strategy

Sales Excellence and Enablement:

  • Support NA client engagements from a GTM and sales strategy consulting perspective

  • Deliver ad-hoc sales training content on the Visa Direct XB product to accelerate time to revenue

Long Term Strategic Projects:

  • Provide analysis and execute on Visa 2030 strategy, such as pricing strategies or business case development to drive product enhancement prioritization

Product Commercialization and Ecosystem:

  • Collect voice of the customer requirements that inform pricing, policy, platform, and ecosystem initiatives to support cross-border growth.

  • Support commercialization of new emerging use cases or product capabilities

  • Develop deep expertise in the Visa Direct Technology Stack, Visa's Digital Assets and Capabilities, and our Processing and Acquiring partner ecosystem.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

*2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced

Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

*3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2

years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,

MD)

*3+ years of payments industry experience with good exposure to payment

processing, payment services product management, business operations, or

consulting

*Experience in strategy development or consulting or ability to navigate

ambiguity

*Excellent narrative building and storytelling skills to effectively communicate

Visa Direct's value proposition for clients

*Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to explain

complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an

approachable way

*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on clients

*Strong project management and organization with the ability to independently

lead and manage complex projects with multiple work streams and cross-

functional stakeholders

*Fast learner and critical thinker, ability to interpret rules and policies and clearly

articulate applicability to programs

*Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and

identify new ways to innovate and differentiate products with evidence of

tangible business results

*Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at

coordinating cross functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at

critical junctures appropriately

Additional Information

Work Authorization:Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,600.00 to 166,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
