SUMMARY
Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract provides technical solutions for the DOD in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services. JITC's service requirements are categorized in the following areas: T&E Performance Requirements, T&E Capability Management Requirements, T&E Capability Requirements, and Overarching Contract and Task Order (TO) Requirements. TEC Services are provided to DoD Combatant Commanders/Services/Agencies, federal and state agencies, coalition partners, and commercial entities to aid in the design, development, acquisition, integration, deployment, operational use, and sustainment of new and enhanced Information Technology/National Security System capabilities.
Agile-Defense is looking for a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Analyst to support the testing of the Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) environment within the Department of Defense (DoD). This role requires a diverse set of skills across multiple domains. One or more skill sets essential to the selected candidate's success include: Systems Enginerring and Integration - Understanding complex, multi-domain systems and ensuring seamless interoperability beetween different platforms. Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (AI) - analyzing vast amounts of battlefield data, developing predictive models, and leveraging AI for automated decision-making. Cybersecurity and Network Defense - Protecting sensitive military data, ensuring secure communications, and mitigating cyber threats. Softward Development and Cloud Computing - Building and maintaining resilient, scalable software architectures for real-time data processing. Operational Analysis and Wargaming - Conducting simulations and scenario-based testing to evaluate System Under Test (SUT) effectiveness in real-world conditions. The selected candidate will perform T&E support efforts for all CJADC2 experimentation to perform joint interoperability test, evaluation, and certification efforts. This position is 100% on-site in a government facility. The selected candidate will assist the task lead in the following areas:
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Attend meetings related to, prepare reports to present, and give strategic input in CJADC2 efforts
* Participate in experimentation planning groups, strategy planning groups, system integration planning groups, and instrumentation planning groups
* Provide risk assessments and component traceability matrixes briefings to various stakeholders.
* Perform document reviews and multi-system test readiness reviews.
* Provide technical support on CJADC2 related test events, including Integrated Test Teams, Cyber Working Groups, and Operational Test & Evaluation.
* Conduct review and analysis of each Net Ready Key Performance Parameters and accompanying Department of Defense Architecture Framework.
* Provide inputs into T&E strategy documents.
* Develop a master test schedule.
* Develop joint mission thread assessments and identify priority data interoperability gaps.
* Provide Tactical Data Link (e.g., Link 16, Link 22, Joint Range Extension Application Protocol) interoperability test support. Analyze XML schemas/sub-schemas for standards conformance to World Wide Web consortium standards for properly formed XML and for compliance to the data tagging structure of the XML schemas/sub-schemas.
* Develop test plans and Data Management and Analysis Plans.
* Develop and participate in Test Concept Briefs and Test Readiness Reviews.
* Participate in coordination meetings of various levels, to include exercise planning conferences and Test Readiness Reviews,
* Conduct test execution activities to include tactical data link testing in joint environments.
* Conduct data analysis and participate in data authentication working groups.
* Develop Joint Interoperability Certification and or Assessment reports
QUALIFICATIONS Required Certifications

Education, Background, and Years of Experience
* Requires 8 years of specialized and/or military experience.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills:
* Experience operating and testing tactical data links (TDL) within a multi-TDL network.
* Attention to detail creating, reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams, internal/external customers, and end-users.

WORKING CONDITIONS Environmental Conditions
* Contractor site. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.
The working environment is generally favorable. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.

* Sedentary - 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
