TEMP - Quality Control Data Entry Analyst

Position Summary

Poseida Therapeutics Inc. is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our Quality Control team. The QC Data Entry Analyst will support the QC Microbiology and QC Analytical laboratories by creating and maintaining data trending systems and departmental records. This role involves entering, verifying, and archiving data for the QC department to support operations in the clinical manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

These may include but are not limited to:

• Accurately input QC data into various databases and spreadsheets, including environmental monitoring data, laboratory test results, and QC events
• Assist in creating, revising, and/or maintaining QC databases and spreadsheets
• Verify data accuracy and completeness, report discrepancies and assist in resolution as necessary
• Archive QC data and other documentation according to established procedures
• Fulfill data retrieval requests for Quality Systems procedures such as Deviation, Excursion and OOS investigations
• Assist in preparing QC trend summaries and reports, participate in periodic trend reviews
• Track and report monthly departmental metrics to QC Management
• Align daily actions with department goals and company culture

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Certificate or Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline preferred, with 0-2 years of relevant experience (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
• Proficient in data management and organization (e.g. good documentation practices, strong organization skills, with excellent attention to detail)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & Google G-Suite
• Familiarity with GMP and GDP principles preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, and as a team member

Quality Control Data Entry Analyst Pay Rate: $28.00/hour to $33.50/hour

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience with the industry, education, geographic location, etc.
