Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Performs various tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
• Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and power tools, jigs, and saws.
• Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line according to quality specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
• Soldering/desoldering fine-pitch components to printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Soldering surface mount components to PCBs.
• Repair damaged traces on PCBs.
• Repair damaged through-hole pads on PCBs.
• Repair damaged surface mount pads on PCBs.
• Repair damaged internal circuitry on PCBs.
• Replace damaged gold contacts.
• Remove and replace through-hole components.
• Remove and replace surface mount components.
• Hot Gas surface mount component rework for BGA (Ball Grid Array) Devices.

Pay: $16.00 - $26.00/hr

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift

Length: Temp (12 months)

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Blueprint Reading, IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD, IPC-WHMA-A-620.

• Basic Computer Skills.

• Able to read and write English.
