Full Remote Position Description
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, creative, and execution-focused Head of Demand Generation. The successful candidate will have an obsessive focus on delivering business value and will approach problems with "first principles" thinking while having the ability to execute (not just strategize). Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, mission-driven, B2B SaaS organization is required. You will own every part of the revenue-generating machine, programs, campaigns, tools, and reporting. Your North Star is Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and pipeline generation. You will build, run, and continuously optimize a scalable engine - an operating system - of demand generation through SEO, Account and Customer-Based Marketing, nurture programs, events, partner marketing, and paid advertising. You will orchestrate our global demand generation programs, collaborating with team members in Europe and India. Key to success in this role is the ability to experiment, analyze, optimize, and report. You will partner with Product Marketing on messaging and Brand & Content Marketing on converting the immense brand awareness Deque has into action. You will align with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve the buyer's journey, have a complete understanding of the pipeline, and accelerate conversion velocity. Apply Now Primary Responsibilities
