CNC Machine Operator

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $22 - $27/hour (Based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM
• Overtime available on Fridays as needed

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings
• Follow setup instructions and operational sequences with minimal supervision
• Perform tool changes, deburring, and in-process quality checks
• Operate machinery including CNC mills, lathes, and saws
• Calculate and adjust feeds, speeds, depth of cut, coolant flow, and make minor programming edits
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and make real-time adjustments to maintain precision
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met

What You Need to Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in CNC machining, trade school, or vocational training
• Strong understanding of machining principles, blueprint reading, and measuring tools
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and maintain production quality standards
