Position Summary

Strategic HP Business Partner for the Executive/Sr. Leadership team(s) in assigned business unit(s) to develop and execute HP strategies that support organizational growth and foster people effectiveness for their respective business units. Strategic thinker that provides broad scale thought partnership into practical application of HP solutions. Serves as a liaison between the business and the HP Center of Expertise (COE) to assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, talent acquisition and leadership development.

They serve as a HP liaison in the field, using a data driven approach to influence decisions that inform their people and culture practices. They partner to empower local leaders through coaching and consultation in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, talent acquisition and leadership development.

Responsibilities


  • You will partner with Executive Leadership in their assigned business unit to develop and implement comprehensive employee strategies in support of change management, employee/leader development, growth, engagement, and other employee issues
  • You will provide strategic HP support in alignment with business initiatives and growth plans
  • You will evaluate and support leaders in the creation of values-based high-performance work cultures focusing on employee engagement & retention strategies
  • You will provide Field HP support for their business unit, and function as the primary point of contact on the HP team
  • You will consult with leaders on effective succession planning, job design, short and long-range staffing plans, selection, retention, compensation, recognition and rewards, employee and labor relations, leader development, performance management, and workforce development strategies
  • You will champion a Just Cause Culture and promote the utilization for HRO Principals and tools to include the Performance Management Decisions on Guide


Requirements


  • Associate's degree in related field and five (5) years of professional-level experience in human resources
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Recognized human resources professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
  • Experience in interpretation of personnel policy and managing a wide range of employee issues
  • Continued pattern of learning and growth in career

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $100,547.00 - $144,685.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
