Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Entry Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Transcribe information from various sources (paper, electronic files, etc.) into computer systems or databases Ensure the accuracy and completeness of entered data by cross-checking with original sources Maintain and update existing data, organize files (physical and digital), and back up data Assist with generating reports and summaries based on collected data Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information Utilize various software programs, such as spreadsheets (like Excel), databases, and other relevant tools Requirements: Fast and accurate typing skills for entering large volumes of data A keen eye for detail is crucial for identifying and correcting errors Prior experience with data entry tasks Software proficiency Familiarity with common software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and database systems Communication and collaboration skills; ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and provide assistance when needed Organizational skills; ability to organize and manage data, files, and other resources Problem-solving skills; ability to identify and resolve issues related to data entry and data integrity Desired skills: Experience working in a highly regulated industry or financial institution Previous interaction with senior level managers Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
