Responsibilities include using Excel and Access, creating complex presentations using PowerPoint, and creating charts and graphs using various database information. Other duties include assistance with training class scheduling, ensuring proper classroom setup, creating surveys, and performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.


Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and conduct screening of candidates.
  • Track candidate status and update applicant tracking systems.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with general recruitment related administrative tasks.
  • Organize and host virtual recruitment fairs and events.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system.
  • Prior experience in recruiting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.


Education Requirement

High School Diploma/GED
