SPECIALIST II, MERCHANDISING

Navigates reporting systems to track and monitor customer fill rates, late loads, and critical items. Collects and compiles data from different sources for review by the buyers.

• Review pending distribution reports.
• Publish (via print or email) specific reports for buyer and/or manager's review.
• Facilitate requests for UIN's as needed.
• Track opportunities communicated from distribution owners of divisions.
• Perform job functions of Merchandising Order Clerk on an as needed basis.
• Assists the senior merchandising analyst in running the computer during lab sessions.
• Assists with the prep and clean-up process for lab sessions.
• Assists the merchandising team and sales team with planogram creation and maintenance.
• Assists with image database maintenance for the CCI Department.
• Assists with lab session scheduling for the CCI Department.
• Other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organization/time management skills.
• 2 or more years of experience in purchasing or accounting field.
• Strong word and excel experience.
• Requires HS Diploma.
• Office Environment
