Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop, implement, and direct quality programs that meet or exceed client expectations
• Provide strategic direction for the design and sustainability of quality and compliance programs
• Build successful relationships with team members, account personnel, and client stakeholders
• Actively collaborate with the JLL's Life Sciences Quality Council to share best practices

Compliance & Quality Management

• Ensure JLL's Life Sciences Quality Management System meets ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Manage quality programs including non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, training compliance, vendor qualifications, and external audits
• Oversee GxP third-party vendors' compliance program (qualification, agreements, audits)
• Maintain infrastructure and compliance documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Interface with client's quality personnel to ensure proper documentation per ALCOA+ guidelines

Team & Performance Management

• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to maintain the highest quality culture environment
• Develop and analyze trend reports related to facility compliance operations
• Prepare periodic account status reports on Quality Programs
• Continuously improve quality processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in science (or equivalent experience) with 15+ years in quality engineering, facilities design, or production/facility operations
• Thorough understanding of international cGxP regulations relating to facilities and utilities supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience with quality engineering techniques (Investigations, RCAs, CAPAs, Audit programs)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for all levels of management
• Demonstrated leadership ability to foster a compliant, ethical quality culture

Preferred

• Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification
• Experience with Quality Management Software (TrackWise, MasterControl, Success Factors)
• Previous leadership experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments
