Job Summary
The Senior HRIS Analyst responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for HRIS requests; managing and preparing internally developed HRIS web applications; recommending and implementing system and process enhancements; creating change management plans; overseeing the design, testing and deployment of new applications; and providing reporting to senior management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of standard and ad hoc custom financial, statistical, demographic and graphic reports related to employee data for compensation administration, HR metrics, EEO/AA, benefit administration and the employment process.
- Administer and maintain multiple databases (data tables, structures, queries, reports); ensure data integrity; generate queries and reports in compliance with corporate standards; join data to create reports, if needed, from multiple tables utilizing reporting tools or Microsoft Excel based on end user need.
- Participate in the administration of the annual compensation process including the configuration of performance program plans, reporting, and processing pay increases and short/long term incentives.
- Lead the HRIS duties associated with the preparation, auditing and reconciliation of benefit billings.
- Create, maintain and support reports for HR staff, Finance, Executives and others while ensuring data integrity across multiple HRIS systems.
- Measure the Company's performance through metrics and trends. Use data to identify trends, patterns, issues and opportunities that impact performance.
- Apply an analytical/quantitative approach to problem solving.
- Identify issues in defining and establishing high quality useful reports and metrics.
- Meet timeliness requirements for metrics collection and reporting and utilize appropriate resources to generate solutions.
- Determine appropriate, intuitive and secure delivery for metrics, dashboards and trend information in concert with the IT team.
- Work directly with the Benefits team to assure all 401k and Cafeteria enrollments and required testing are completed accurately and timely.
- Responsible to work with vendors to create, troubleshoot, and maintain data exports.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in HRIS systems and processes and recommend changes as necessary.
- Configure and maintain workflows, exception paths, user roles, etc. using business logic.
- Develop procedures, guidelines and training documentation. Train new end users and administrators.
- Maintain awareness of current trends and best practices with HRIS systems.

Education
Minimum:
- 4 year/Bachelor's Degree in HR or business related field OR commensurate experience
Preferred:
- Certification HR certifications
Experience
Minimum Years of Experience:
- 5 years experience with HRIS systems, reporting, databases, and other HR software
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven history of successfully completing time-sensitive project work.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required.
- Excellent analytical, technical, planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and relational database knowledge & skills.
- Ability to respect and maintain confidential information in a professional manner is required.
- Previous experience with ADP, OnBase and Kofax software would be preferred/beneficial but is not required.
- Positive attitude, team player, good interpersonal communication skills and able to work across company departments.
- Must possess the ability and desire to roll up your sleeves to be involved in any ongoing HR or company initiative.
- Willing to do basic tasks in addition to high level, strategic projects
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Able to sit/ stand for a long period of time in an office environment
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components
- Regular and predictable attendance required.
