The Role Kyndryl Project Managers lead the successful delivery of complex projectson time, within scope, and on budget. As the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, youll drive execution, manage risk, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders. Youll build detailed project plans, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee meetings, financials, and deliverables. Youll also adapt to evolving priorities, ensuring value deliverynot just task completion. Strong communication is key. Youll manage client expectations, coordinate with technical and business teams, and foster a collaborative, customer-first environment. Whether embedded on-site or working virtually, youll build trusted relationships that drive long-term success. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Compensation The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $96,480 to 183,240 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California:$106,080 to $219,840 Colorado: $96,480 to $183,240 New York City: $115,680 to $219,840 Washington: $106,080 to $201,480 Washington DC:$106,080 to $201,480 This position will be eligible for Kyndryls discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryls applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
