A healthcare company in Hawaii is seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst to ensure successful integration of their application working in healthcare claims management and payment integrity platform. The ideal candidate needs to understand healthcare operations, particularly with Medicare and Medicare claims, and will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with internal departments to map workflows and identify optimal integration points * Leverage Medicare claims expertise to ensure accurate and compliant platform use * Identify process gaps and inefficiencies * Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders * Assist in developing training materials and user support documentation * Generate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics * Stay informed on updates and industry best practices Minimum Requirements: * Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicare claims processing * Experience in gathering requirements and documentations * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
