*Description*
*Location: Onsite, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) *Responsibilities: *Primary focus will be on supporting Intune/Autopilot setup, refresh, and integration with Win 11 deployment Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users, handling a variety of issues such as broken mice, software installations, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 *Primary focus will be on supporting Intune/Autopilot setup, refresh, and integration with Win 11 deployment *Manage ticket queues, SNOW ticketing systems, and prioritize tasks in a "controlled chaos" environment following ITIL process. *Experience with packaging and deploying new software, managing licensing, and ensuring software updates across a remote workforce *Familiarity with granting access to specialized applications used by specific teams like Office, Wordpress, AutoCAD, etc. *Ability to work in a hybrid software deployment model, supporting both self-service and remote installation *Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with end-users *Skills* intune, windows 11, Windows 10, Hardware, Active directory, Customer service, Technical support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Ticketing systems Windows 10/11 Microsoft Intune Microsoft Autopilot *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
