JOB SUMMARY |
Assist Everus Construction Group with Organic growth and targeted marketing opportunities and build upon our national brand. Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- A working knowledge of sales and marketing at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field or equivalent experience, and
- Six years' experience in business to include sales, product, and service responsibilities, and
- Three years progressively responsible leadership experience in the construction industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Works closely with the EVP & COO and operating company presidents in aligning the operating company's growth strategy with the overall Everus strategic plan.
- Works with the EVP & COO and operating company presidents to understand current operating companies' local markets and national market.
- Plans, organizes, manages, and facilitates market and sales support activities. Identifies potential business partners and assists in negotiating agreements for value added products and services.
- Assesses current resources, strengths, opportunities for improvement & threats.
- Analyzes and supports the development of services that will build customer loyalty through providing recommendations to assist management in critical outcomes that impact customers, their market behavior and the Company's bottom line.
- Measures, reviews, and updates quarterly with the EVP & COO.
- Assists operating companies in building and increasing market share in existing markets while meeting or exceeding safety and financial goals.
- Assists in expanding current operating companies' footprint with targeted out of town projects with selected customers.
- Works between customers and operating companies to identify and select best fit opportunities.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
