Seeking an experienced leader to oversee long-range planning and architecture for business, application, data, and technical solutions within a specific domain. This role will focus on the Retail eCommerce OMNI-Channel experience, with a primary emphasis on the Adobe Commerce platform and its suite of tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the architecture, development, and integration of the Adobe Commerce platform, ensuring seamless operation across retail eCommerce systems at FedEx Office. The role requires ensuring that all solutions within the domain work together cohesively, driving innovation and operational efficiency. We are looking for an experienced Adobe Commerce Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of our Retail eCommerce OMNI-Channel solutions, specifically focusing on the Adobe Commerce platform. This role plays a crucial part in driving platform improvements, supporting business growth, and ensuring seamless integration and optimization across FedEx Office's retail operations. Essential Functions:
This position is vital to supporting FedEx Office's eCommerce strategy and driving improvements in the Adobe Commerce platform to fuel business growth and enhance the retail customer experience. Domicile Information: This position is domiciled in Plano, TX. Preference is to be hybrid and to work at a FedEx office location 3 days a week. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information Systems, business and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Minimum Experience Five (5) years work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
