As the Senior Strategic Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for creating high impact value-added technical and analytical support to clients for both prospects (new business roles) and/or grow existing relationships. You will identify opportunities to improve client performance through analytic support to identify and recommend cost saving opportunities, including participating in deal strategy and preparing customer presentations. - Manage a portfolio of complex, highly visible clients
- May lead new business opportunities for a region or technical design of key initiatives
- Lead key department-wide initiatives that benefits all advisors
- Coaches associates and advisors
- Prepare and deliver standardized and customized external customer presentations and participate in training as required
- Conducts research, participates in prospect and customer meetings, and prepares customer (resell) or prospect proposals (may require analyzing 3rd party data - which may be incomplete or unstructured data)
- Support customer implementation of recommended actions and track realization of cost savings through standard or customized dashboards and customer reviews
- Presenting at conferences as a thought leader/subject matter expert
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or other business-related curriculum; Master's degree a plus
- 5 years of financial analysis/modeling experience; 6+ relevant years of work experience including, but not limited to: Direct sales, Risk, Finance, Audit, and/or Sales Database management experience
- 2 years of sales experience (or minimum of 2 years of transactional experience in financial services) a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry-related risk, tax, operational fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including data visualization tools (Tableau, Clickview, Spotfire, PowerBI)
- Proven strategic and analytical thinking skills to identify new opportunities and resolve complex challenges throughout the client relationship
- Distinctive collaborative mindset with an ability to forge effective relationships across various client constituents including procurement, fleet leadership, finance, C-suite, and others as appropriate
- Entrepreneurial approach; ability and desire to initiate the identification and pursuit of innovative ideas
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including ability to operate in ambiguity and establishing analytical frameworks to apply to business problems
- Ability to present and communicate effectively and craft compelling narratives to influence client decisions with stakeholders across all levels of the client organization
- Strong organizational and executional skills, including ability to operate independently and drive multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously to drive client goals
- Maintain and enhance the company's value proposition and professional reputation by displaying the highest levels of professionalism, competence, and personal integrity
- Travel, including cross border travel required (10% - 20%)
The hiring base salary range for this position is $98,200 to $135,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
