JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing legal services, representing the company in administrative and legal proceedings and complex negotiation, under the supervision of the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Attorney II ($114,580 - $143,220)



  • A working knowledge of the practice of law at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in legal studies from an accredited college or university; and
  • Juris Doctor (or the equivalent) degree from an accredited law school; and
  • License to practice law in North Dakota; and
  • Three years' experience in the practice of law


Attorney III ($131,810 - $164,760)



  • A working knowledge of the practice of law at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in legal studies from an accredited college or university; and
  • Juris Doctor (or the equivalent) degree from an accredited law school; and
  • License to practice law in North Dakota; and
  • Minimum of six years' experience in the practice of law.


Senior Attorney ($154,210 - $192,760)




  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university acceptable to the company; and



  • Juris Doctor (or equivalent) degree from an accredited law school acceptable to the company and



  • License to practice law in North Dakota; and



  • Minimum of eight years' experience in the practice of law.




      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


      • Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel in providing legal advice to the internal staff and senior management of Everus Construction, Inc. and its operating companies.
      • Provide support to Everus Construction, Inc. and its operating companies in proactively managing legal risks, assisting with business transactions, and contributing to the maintenance of effective corporate governance practices.
      • Assist in the review of legal matters assigned that may have a potential impact on Everus Construction, Inc. and its operating companies.
      • Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel in the coordination of the activities of outside counsel.
      • Provide legal assistance to internal staff and management of Everus Construction, Inc. and its operating companies in areas such as acquisitions, finance, securities, corporate Board matters, corporate governance, corporate structure, antitrust, natural resources law, administrative law, employee benefit plan matters, labor relations, contracts, real estate, labor and employment issues, credit and collections, claims and litigation, insurance matters, environmental law, legal compliance, legislation, construction law, copyright and trademarks.
      • Provide assistance to the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel in legal activities with regards to Everus Construction, Inc. and its operating companies.
      • Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.

      • Salary: $114,580 - $192,760
