Laboratory Processing Lead Full Time Nights

Shift: Third

**Every third weekend required**

Job Summary:

Responsible for performance in a timely manner of all technical and administrative aspects of the
central processing and phlebotomy areas. Oversees workflow of specimen collection and processing
for the clinical laboratory. Maintains laboratory services in accordance with standards established by
the Baptist Health Systems, College of American Pathologists (CAP), and Federal, State, and local
regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

Phlebotomy experience or successful completion of Phlebotomy training in an accredited Phlebotomy program preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
