Schedule: 24 Hours, Evenings/Nights, 3p-3a, Every Other Weekend, Part Time, Benefit Eligible Position Summary: Performs all patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse and functions in the role of assistant to the nursing staff. This includes greeting admissions, taking and recording vital signs, performing EKG's, insertion and removal of IVs, assisting with procedures, providing hygiene and nutrition, feeding patients as needed and making rounds on a group of assigned patients, stocking supplies, transferring patients to Med/Surg and Telemetry units, and assisting with cleaning patient care equipment. Compensation Range: $22.76- $28.30This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
