The Global Integrated Campaigns organization fuels growth by designing, building, and delivering Integrated Campaign Plans that OU Field Marketing teams can deliver at scale. As part of this, the Integrated Campaign Strategy & Planning team works globally to connect regional business priorities with master campaign strategies.

We're looking for a Director, Integrated Campaign Strategy & Planning to drive regional campaign briefs and ensure regional alignment to global campaigns-working closely with PMM, Field Marketing, and Cloud CMOs.

About the Role

Salesforce's Global Integrated Campaigns team powers growth by creating scalable, insight-led campaign plans that regional Field Marketing teams can activate quickly. The Strategy & Planning team plays a critical role-connecting global master campaigns to local business needs to drive demand and pipeline.

The ideal candidate has strong demand gen strategy expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for orchestrating campaign planning efforts across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Campaign Strategy & Brief Development

  • Develop Strategic Briefs in partnership with Cloud CMOs to capture key business priorities, pipeline targets, and industry opportunities.

  • Collaborate with PMM Solution Marketing to present master campaign themes and messaging, ensuring alignment to regional needs.

  • Translate regional priorities into actionable campaign recommendations for the Demand Design team to build global campaign kits.

  • Regularly consult with PMM and OU Field Leaders on campaign needs, adoption, and performance insights.

Campaign Planning & Calendar Management

  • Maintain the Rolling Thunder Calendar with OU milestones, PMM priorities, and regional planning dates.

  • Manage the regional flighting calendar, ensuring alignment with corporate campaign schedules and in-market messaging.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Run and lead monthly Hive calls with Field Marketing and OUs to drive campaign planning conversations and track actions.

  • Interlock with Cloud CMOs to position master campaigns and demand gen plans for cloud-level conversations.

  • Partner with OU Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure campaign priorities align with budget allocations.

  • Oversee regional audience management in collaboration with Audience teams, ensuring campaigns are targeting the right personas and segments.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Provide feedback to the Integrated Campaign and Demand Marketing team on campaign adoption, performance, and regional insights.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional teams on demand generation best practices and campaign execution.

Creative Execution

  • Partner with creative strategy so strategic briefs can inspire creative briefs

  • Collaborate with creative directors to ensure creative work achieves objectives

  • Act as liaison between CMOs/PMM and creative while allowing for them to have their own relationships

  • Participate in creative presentations and reviews

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or Field Marketing, with experience in regional campaign planning.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting strategies to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with campaign planning calendars and audience segmentation.

  • Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, and Field Marketing teams.

  • Experience as an agency account manager a plus

  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.

  • Comfortable working across time zones and in a global team environment.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $193,800 to $281,100. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
