The Global Demand Gen Campaigns organization plays a critical role in fueling growth by designing, building, and delivering Integrated Campaign Plans that OU Field Marketing teams can grab and go-ensuring seamless execution while maintaining a unified global strategy.

Within this team, the Lead/Senior Lead, Integrated Campaigns will be responsible for developing customer journeys that integrate industry messaging, buyer segmentation, and content to drive engagement and demand. This role will focus on creating and optimizing the content experience to ensure high-performing, insight-driven campaigns.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, audience insights, and campaign design/build. The Lead/Senior Lead, Integrated Campaigns will develop targeted customer journeys, identify content gaps, and create compelling marketing assets to support end-to-end integrated campaigns. Success in this role will require strong collaboration with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Field Marketing, and Regional Teams to ensure messaging is industry-relevant, persona-driven, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Optimize Customer Journeys

  • Build multi-touch customer journeys aligned to industry trends, buyer segmentation, and content strategy.

  • Support the development of the Plan on a Page which demonstrates the HOW for marketing campaigns from the strategic briefs.

  • Ensure that campaigns are persona-driven and tailored to different stages of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).

  • Work with Field Marketing teams to adapt global campaigns for regional audiences.

Content Strategy & Development

  • Identify and outline content gaps, pitching new content ideas to enhance the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing to develop campaign assets, including email nurtures, landing pages, and digital promos.

  • Write and build email and promotional packages to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Manage localized content efforts, ensuring relevance across key regions and industries.

Insights, Performance, & Market Research

  • Analyze campaign performance data (audience engagement, content effectiveness, and segment performance) to inform ongoing optimizations.

  • Research market trends and personal insights to refine messaging and campaign targeting.

  • Partner with Media Lab analytic and Global Field Marketing operations teams to track and report on content performance and audience behavior.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-8+ years experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or campaign strategy.

  • Strong background in content strategy, campaign execution, and audience segmentation.

  • Experience developing customer journeys and mapping content to different funnel stages.

  • Ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a sharp understanding of B2B messaging and demand gen best practices.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, and other marketing automation tools.

  • Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Creative, and Regional Teams to execute global campaigns.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $174,900.
