The Global Demand Gen Campaigns organization plays a critical role in fueling growth by designing, building, and delivering Integrated Campaign Plans that OU Field Marketing teams can grab and go-ensuring seamless execution while maintaining a unified global strategy. Within this team, the Lead/Senior Lead, Integrated Campaigns will be responsible for developing customer journeys that integrate industry messaging, buyer segmentation, and content to drive engagement and demand. This role will focus on creating and optimizing the content experience to ensure high-performing, insight-driven campaigns. About the Role This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, audience insights, and campaign design/build. The Lead/Senior Lead, Integrated Campaigns will develop targeted customer journeys, identify content gaps, and create compelling marketing assets to support end-to-end integrated campaigns. Success in this role will require strong collaboration with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Field Marketing, and Regional Teams to ensure messaging is industry-relevant, persona-driven, and optimized for performance.
