The Global Demand Gen Campaigns organization plays a critical role in fueling growth by designing, building, and delivering Integrated Campaign Plans that OU Field Marketing teams can grab and go-ensuring seamless execution while maintaining a unified global strategy. These campaigns align to a corporate campaigns (Determined by Global Priorities or Cloud CMO leadership) and incorporate multiple Salesforce products to create customer-centric, solution-based demand generation programs.

We are launching a new Integrated Campaign & Demand Marketing function, and we are looking for a Director/Senior Director to build and guide campaign teams from the ground up.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for developing and scaling a new global campaign framework that aligns to major industry trends and AI-powered transformation. The Director of Integrated Campaigns will facilitate the work of campaign strategists, ensuring that all demand generation programs support the entire marketing funnel-from awareness to pipeline acceleration and consumption.

Success in this role will require deep collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Solution Product Marketing, COEs, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Media Lab, to ensure messaging, content, and media investments are aligned for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Scale the Integrated Campaigns Function

  • Establish a campaign planning framework that enables OU Field Marketing teams to execute demand gen programs effectively.

  • Build a new operating model that ensures global consistency while allowing for regional customization.

  • Develop a Plan on a Page which demonstrates the HOW for marketing campaigns from the strategic briefs.

  • Manage the campaign flighting calendar to orchestrate campaign timing and priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment

  • Serve as the primary liaison with Solution PMM teams to align messaging, positioning, and sales play mapping.

  • Work closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Media Lab to drive cohesive, high-impact global campaign execution.

  • Run planning sessions with 50+ cross-functional teams to get input and synthesize how the integrated marketing plan will come to fruition

Drive Campaign Strategy & Impact

  • Ensure that 100% of industry demand gen campaigns are aligned to major industry trends and AI-powered transformation by January 31, 2025.

  • Deliver a complete global master demand gen campaign program across the Power 30 industries.

  • Support +15% YoY growth in Marketing Driven Pipeline through global demand gen campaign contributions in partnership with Global Field Marketing.

  • Drive +20% YoY growth in AI product MDP ($189M) and leads from demand generation campaigns.

  • Achieve 80% Field Marketing utilization of Global Campaign programs by Q4.

  • Be available to consult with Media Lab or PMM on demand gen and integrated marketing best practices

Team & Leadership

  • Champion data-driven marketing, leveraging Salesforce and Tableau dashboards to measure campaign impact and optimize performance.

  • Advocate for best-in-class campaign execution, driving Field Marketing adoption of integrated campaigns at scale.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns

  • Proven leadership experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams

  • Deep understanding of solution-based, customer-centric marketing and AI-powered transformation trends

  • Strong track record in campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and pipeline impact measurement

  • Expertise in working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams

  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau for marketing performance analytics

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $193,800 to $281,100. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
