This is a full-time, night shift position.

Senior Care | MaineHealth Mid Coast Senior Health | MaineHealthis searching for a Cook! The Lead Cook role is responsible for cooking and preparing all menu items, directing personnel assigned to food preparation, sanitation, and room service areas, acting as a resource to help others develop and use their production skills, planning production, reviewing production records, maintaining equipment and supplies, and analyzing operations to improve quality.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Culinary degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: ServSafe certification required.
  3. Experience: Previous food service experience with knowledge of food ordering, food preparation and sanitation required. Experience in preparing fresh, healthy, and made-from-scratch menu items required.
