General information Name Consultant, Healthcare Performance Improvement Posting Title Consultant, Healthcare Performance Improvement - Revenue Cycle Ref # 2235085 Date Published Tuesday, June 10, 2025 City Charlotte State North Carolina Country United States Job Category Healthcare Consulting Office Healthcare Performance Improvement (Forvis) Advertised Location US-GA-Atlanta, US-IL-Chicago, US-MO-Springfield, US-NC-Charlotte, US-NC-Raleigh, US-TN-Nashville, US-TX-Dallas Working time Full Time Description & Requirements How you will contribute: Supporting large revenue cycle performance improvement projects, including qualitative and quantitative tasks Supporting the team in advising our health care clients, particularly for patient access and/or patient financial services Conducting data analysis to assist the team in analyzing performance trends Providing best in class experience for our clients Able to work collaboratively in a team environment in discussing and validating client workflows, knowledge transfer sessions, and addressing issues and challenges We are looking for people with Forward Vision and: The ability to communicate both up and downstream to team staff and exercise judgment in determining client interactions The ability to manage and prioritize multiple client projects, including monitoring project time budgets and consistently meeting or exceeding agreed-upon deadlines The ability to professionally write and communicate deliverables including but not limited to client meetings, internal meetings, and projects Advanced computer skills, specifically Excel, and the ability to learn new software related to the accounting function of an organization High attention to detail as well as strong analytical skills The ability to travel Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field 1+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, with a preferred focus on revenue cycle, operations, consulting, or performance improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field Experience with Patient Accounting Systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech #LI-ATL, #LI-OAK, #LI-SGF, #LI-CLTSP, #LI-RAL, #LI-NASH, #LI-DFW #LI-AF1 Illinois Wage Transparency Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek.
