We are currently seeking a skilled and service-oriented Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team as a long-term contractor. Position Summary The Desktop Support Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all IT-related support across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations by handling everything from new user setups to complex troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities * Act as the main IT contact for staff, providing Tier 1-3 technical support. * Set up and configure new user workstations, hardware, and software. * Perform device refreshes and hardware upgrades as needed. * Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner. * Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. * Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and support activities. * Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a user-first mindset. Maintain knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications. * Work with with hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and deployment tools. * Manage within Active Directory, user account management, and remote support tools. * Work independently and manage multiple tickets. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk presented on resume. * IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus. Work Environment * Healthcare/Nursing/Office * 1st Shift core hours * Monday-Friday * No Weekends * Enterprise refresh Interviews & Start Date * Start Date July 14 * Interviews June 16-26 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
