Your Impact

As a Business Analysis Manager on the Partner Investments & Performance team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate contra rebate forecasting delivered by Global Partner Finance and providing insightful analyses and reporting on variances. You'll help enhance governance, drive process improvements, and collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders. In this fast-paced role, you'll leverage both analytical expertise and strong communication skills to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities include:
* Partnering with Global Partner Finance to ensure accurate contra forecasting and effective budget management
* Monitoring key performance indicators and budget measurement metrics to evaluate program success
* Delivering data-driven insights and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
* Supporting a dynamic and evolving business by effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications

* 8+ years of industry experience working with channels or partners in a business or sales capacity
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
* Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
* Proven success working cross-functionally and interacting at various levels within an organization

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience managing escalations, including at the executive level
* Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage ambiguity with resilience
* Familiarity with reporting best practices, tools, and methodologies
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and functions
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration, or a related field strongly preferred
