As a Senior Programmer Analyst, you will leverage and support an extensive suite of business system platforms and incorporate new platforms along the way to ensure the viability and efficiency of the systems and the processes they support will continue to propel the company forward. The Senior Programmer Analyst position personifies a technology-first ideology and strives to deliver a frictionless experience for internal and external customers. By acting as a lead technology liaison to business groups, analyzing complex business requirements as well as designing, developing, implementing and supporting solutions related to business processes with an Agile mindset, the Senior Programmer Analyst's role is to provide synergy between users and the utility of banking systems on which they rely. Individual salary will vary based on skills and experience. Discretionary incentive compensation may be available based on company and individual performance. Bachelors of Information Technology (preferred)
High School (required) Experience
5 years: High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology or related discipline is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated hands-on systems analysis / business requirements experience supporting enterprise level systems. Minimum of five (5) years of Symitar Power On development experience. (required)
