Nutrien Financial is focused on transforming our growers' financing journey by driving the right mix of technology and process improvements while innovating the grower relationship. We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Nutrien Financial Transformation Product Manager to champion the evolution of our solutions. This role is pivotal in identifying opportunities to reimagine and automate grower interactions and internal processes, driving efficiency and creating new value for our growers and Nutrien Retail colleagues.

As a Transformation Product Manager, Nutrien Financial, you will be instrumental in driving significant change within Nutrien Financial and Nutrien Retail. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for key initiatives aimed at modernizing our financing operations and enhancing the grower experience. This involves collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand pain points, identify transformative solutions (including technology and process), translate them into actionable roadmaps, and execute.

What you will do:



  • Lead the transformation of Nutrien Financial by identifying and prioritizing opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimization
  • Develop and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for initiatives focused on transforming the grower journey and internal efficienciesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Nutrien Retail and IT (engineering, design, Digital, ERP) and business stakeholders, to drive the successful implementation of process and technology solutions
  • Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure the impact of transformation efforts and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and process methodologies to identify new opportunities for transformative solutions within the agricultural finance sector
  • Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a shared understanding of the transformation journey and driving the Organizational Change Management strategies across the organization
  • Act as a champion for the customer, ensuring that all transformation initiatives are focused on delivering quantifiable value and an industry leading experience



What you will bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree required; a combination of post-secondary education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in captive financing, banking, financial services, credit, collections, or commercial or consumer lending, with at least 3 of those years in Digital Product Management.
  • Ability to develop business cases, measure KPIs, and generate analysis necessary to measure the success of each initiative.
  • Proven experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall development methodology.
  • Familiar with business requirement frameworks (use cases, user journey, story mapping, process mapping, requirements gathering methodologies).
  • Balance market acceptance, time to market, risk and reward in solution development.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and develop relationships with key stakeholders and be a leader of change and transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to convey complex ideas and data simply and clearly in written and presentation formats.
  • Ability to build a sense of trust and rapport with stakeholders and teammates.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovation.


Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $127,500 - $236,800/annually. This range is estimated for Transformation Product Manager role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan,consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
