Program Manager, Global Talent

Job Summary:

We are responsible for the strategic oversight and successful delivery of large-scale programs while driving consistency and efficiency. We lead with authority, accountability and passion to solve our organization's needs and to deliver the best quality work on-time. We take pride in the challenges we face daily with solution and resolution-based thinking at our core.

You will report to the Senior Program Manager working under a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

Global Talent Consultant:

  • Be a first point of contact for PE partners to inquire or request about Global Talent offerings in Employee Experience, Organizational Effectiveness, Executive Development, Leader Solutions and Experience, Talent Analytics and Learning and Development

  • Fields Global Talent Program questions

  • Ensure intake of business unit needs are captured to confirm diagnostics of work needed by program leadership

Global Talent Program Management:

  • Support Global Program success:

    • Responsible for program execution & delivery; Manage the internal workflow of many-sided programs from kickoff through delivery

    • Proactively obtain and communicate project status and next steps in alignment with the project plan

    • Inform and control internal workflow; tactically manage daily operations. Understand how the details roll up to the big picture. Forecast next steps to meet major milestones.

Time Management:

  • Create and manage detailed timelines to completion

  • Identify key stakeholder reviews and approval gates, calendars stakeholder meetings, send meeting agendas and recaps, assist PE Partners in presentation preparation for Executive Leadership Review.

  • Breakdowns projects into manageable tasks, assigns to appropriate team members, tracks timely completion

Risk Mitigation:

  • Identify, assess and document risks that could affect programs success

  • Remove roadblocks and provide mitigation plans

Communication:

  • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders and clients to keep everyone informed and aligned

  • Determine the communication flow throughout the cycle to PE partners (slack channel, email, weekly/bi-weekly meeting)

Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant experience including talent management and performance management

  • Written and verbal

  • Program Management skills

  • Facilitation skills

  • Change Management skills

  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) * $122,400 - $176,300 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
