We are seeking a seasoned SharePoint Manager to lead the management, development, and integration of SharePoint environments within our enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in SharePoint (including SPFx, Power Platform), experience with SharePoint migrations, MS Azure and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role demands a proactive leader capable of driving innovation, ensuring the stability and scalability of our SharePoint ecosystem, and effectively managing hybrid teams across the U.S. and offshore locations such as India.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Lead the administration and maintenance of SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.

  • Oversee the development of custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.

  • Manage the migration of legacy SharePoint applications from Classic to Modern experience using custom solutions custom development and migration tools like ShareGate, Metalogix or AvePoint.

  • Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise platforms and systems like SAP, NetSuite etc.

  • Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support across SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 services like MS Teams, Planner, OneDrive, Outlook, Stream, MS Forms etc.

  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable SharePoint solutions.

  • Ensure governance, security, and best practices are adhered to in all SharePoint-related initiatives.

  • Stay updated with Microsoft 365 roadmap and introduce relevant improvements and innovations.

  • Contribute to the adoption of AI tools and platforms, including Microsoft Copilot Studio.

  • Write and review SQL queries for data integration, reporting, and troubleshooting purposes.

  • Communicate effectively with employees across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to understand needs and deliver appropriate SharePoint solutions.

  • Manage and coordinate hybrid teams located in the U.S. and offshore (e.g., India), ensuring smooth communication, collaboration, and delivery across time zones.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to offshore developers, ensuring alignment with global development standards and business expectations.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MS Azure Services like Logic Apps, Function Apps, Key Vault usage etc.

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on SharePoint Online experience including development, administration, security, performance and integration with at least 10 + years of overall IT industry experience.

Preferred/Desired Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, Power

  • Automate, and SharePoint migrations (Classic to Modern).

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in SharePoint environments, workflows, permissions, and integrations with Microsoft or third-party systems.

  • Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, REST API, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML), backend development (C#), and form design.

  • Skilled in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online (PnP, SPO Management Shell) and basic SQL.

  • Familiarity with disconnected web architectures, distributed systems, and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including code management with Azure GitHub.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading distributed teams in large or regulated enterprise environments.
