We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a key role in executing our Account Based Management (ABM) marketing program. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and experience in sales, marketing, prospecting, and Information Technology, with a creative mindset to go beyond assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Engagement and Outreach:

* Generate targeted account engagement through outbound messaging, gifting offers, directed visits to Databank.com, and LinkedIn engagement.

* Craft and deliver topic-specific content to high-impact decision-makers and influencers.

2. Account Identification and Contact Strategy:

* Identify correct contacts within target accounts, especially high-impact decision-makers.

* Develop strategies to bypass gatekeepers and non-value-add employees.

3. Account Targeting and Refinement:

* Create and refine targeted account lists in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams.

* Focus on accounts that closely align with Databank's value proposition.

4. Training and Optimization:

* Work closely with the Director of Training on a weekly basis.

* Optimize positioning and engagement techniques, creating custom content for increased Market Qualified Opportunity (MQO) generation rates.

5. Tool Expertise:

* Engage daily with sales analytic and lead generation tools such as Sales Intel, LinkedIn Navigator, Bombora, Seismic, Salesforce, and other relevant programs.

* Achieve expertise in these tools to optimize account targeting and high-impact contact curation.

6. Opportunity Transfer:

* Effectively transfer Market Qualified Opportunities to Account Executive team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Strong interest/experience in sales, marketing, prospecting, and Information Technology.

* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Familiarity with sales analytic and lead generation tools (Sales Intel, LinkedIn Navigator, Bombora, Seismic, Salesforce, etc.).

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

7. Performance Metrics:

* MQO generation rates.

* Account engagement metrics.

* Successful transfer of opportunities to Account Executive teams.
