JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Department of Cell and Biological Systems at the Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA is seeking a part-time research specialist (20 hours/week) in Dr. Shengyu Yang's lab to study the role of mitochondrial signaling in neuronal cells and cancer cells. The research specialist is expected to have experience with cell culture, cell viability assay and Western blotting. Successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with a bachelor degree in related field. Experience with metabolomics, cancer metabolism, and mass spectrometry and genetically engineered mouse models will be desirable but not required.
