Position Summary: The Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of Sunstate Equipment's compensation programs. This position is responsible for conducting thorough analyses of internal and external compensation data to ensure the organization's pay practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with all applicable regulations. A key focus of this role is the active management and optimization of the compensation incentive software system, including configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting. The Compensation Analyst collaborates cross-functionally with Human Resources, Payroll and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights and maintain operational excellence in compensation processes. Qualifications:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Salary Administration: * Administer software systems used to calculate and distribute sales and bonus compensation. * Assist in the administration of the annual merit increase process, including data analysis, budgeting, and communication. * Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and best practices related to compensation. Compensation Planning: * Support the design and implementation of new or revised compensation programs. * Contribute to the communication and education of compensation programs to employees and managers. Data Management and Reporting: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data in HRIS or compensation management systems including sales compensation software systems. * Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights on compensation trends, cost projections, and compliance.
