Position Description
An ATI Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. They assist senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment experience. The responsibilities typically include posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Essential Functions
Supports with coordinating and administering ATI's strategic hiring initiatives to meet company goals.
- With direction from the Sr. Talent Specialist, supports hiring processes as assigned.
- Assists with posting job openings on various platforms and maintaining active positions within our ATI application tracking system.
- Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- With direction from the Sr. Talent Specialist, screens resumes and conducts initial phone interviews.
- Schedules interviews and coordinates with hiring managers to support hiring goals to align with strategic initiatives.
- In partnership with the Sr. Talent Specialist, assists in sourcing candidates through various platforms.
- Works collaboratively with ATI approved staffing firms, as instructed, to fill open positions.
- Assists with maintenance of candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Assists with registration, planning and attending job fairs and recruitment events on behalf of the company.
- Supports onboarding meetings and paperwork for new hires, as needed.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree and 2 years experience or Bachelor's Degree with 4 years' experience. One to two years' experience in recruiting or Human Resources required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations, preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, preferred.
